Supporting you through Loss

“Mujo is the Japanese and Zen philosophy of impermanence and transience, the idea that all things are temporary and subject to change, emphasising the impermanent nature of existence”

Losing someone or something you love can be extremely difficult to accept and adapt to. The process of grief can feel overwhelming and challenging as we adapt to a life altered. At Circle we are passionate about working with loss and our team are experienced in working with many forms of loss whether this be through death of a loved one or losses within existing life circumstances.

If you are experiencing loss and grief we are here to support you.

Please don’t hesitate in reaching out to us for support through your grief.

Our Therapists working with Loss and Grief

  • Gayle has supported individuals, couples and families affected by loss and grief since 2012. Gayle’s very first counselling placement was supporting those with a cancer diagnosis and their families.

“Grief and loss will inevitably affect us all and our collective experience can provide a deep understanding of loss” Gayle

  • Stella has been supporting those who are grieving since 2017. As a former nurse and trained counsellor, Stella has always had an interest in supporting individuals at some of their most vulnerable stages. Stella supports adults and children who are bereaved or affected by loss.

  • Jackie has been a volunteer counsellor for Cruse the bereavement charity and has continued to suport individuals experiencing grief and loss. One of Jackie’s areas of support includes living losses such as coming to terms with elderly parents transitioning into care and the effects of this on adult children.
